HOW IT ALL STARTED
Zullo's was founded in 2009 by Adriana Marzullo with the goal of bringing traditional Italian cooking sourced from organic, local ingredients to the greater Chicago community.
We've set up shop in several local Farmers Markets, and we source the majority of our ingredients from farms within 120 miles. Through the support of our community, we have expanded our services to meet the growing demand of sustainable corporate hospitality. As a B-Corporation, we combine our allegiance to sustainability with 20+ years of cooking experience to bring a mindful plate to your table.
At the market, through catering and our cooking classes, our mentality if simple—we deliver the best tasting dishes, environmentally conscience dishes at the lowest cost.
